Environment, Health and Safety Manager – EHS

Multi-Billion Dollar international manufacturing company located in Hickory, NC is looking for an Environmental Health & Safety Manager with multi‑plant responsibility.

Base Pay Range

$120,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year

Job Duties

• Develop, implement, and oversee plant safety and environmental programs while fostering a strong 5S culture.
• Minimize environmental impacts while promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
• Identify hazards, implement corrective actions, and ensure plant operations meet safety standards while minimizing environmental risks.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in environmental health and safety management in a plant manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, including Excel and PowerPoint.
