Job summary

Dentsu is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Director to lead the regional ERM framework, aligning with group strategy and regulatory expectations. You will collaborate with diverse leadership to mature risk identification, appetite, and governance across clusters and markets.

You will drive risk workshops, taxonomy refinement, and data-driven risk reporting while partnering with Internal Audit, Compliance, and Legal to ensure integrated assurance and effective risk oversight.

Qualifications

• Solid experience of business and enterprise risk management in a large company.
• Able to relay risk in a commercial manner to influence stakeholders in ensuring cultural adoption of risk activities.
• Detail oriented self-starter, resilient in high-pressure environments with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the regional ERM Framework.
• Collaborate with regional ERM Directors and Group Risk Office to mature risk identification and appetite-setting.
• Lead risk identification, assessment, and aggregation across clusters to inform enterprise-level risk.
• Lead and facilitate risk workshops, reviews, and continuous monitoring with leadership.
• Refine enterprise risk taxonomy and update risk playbooks as needed.
• Partner with business leaders to maintain data-informed risk baselines across domains.
• Oversee regional governance processes and risk escalation with regional leadership.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance, and Legal to ensure integrated assurance.
