Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Landscape Production Manager to oversee operations for large HOA portfolios and commercial properties. You will coordinate crews, materials, and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective services while fostering safety and process improvement.

You will also support Account Managers with customer service, estimating, budgeting, and scheduling, promoting a culture that values growth and teamwork across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Florida Driver’s License and ability to pass MVR required.
• Previous experience managing landscaping crews.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong time management and sense of urgency.
• Safety leadership and compliance awareness.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs via regular communication with the Account Manager.
• Manage all landscape services, including coordination of materials, people, equipment and subcontractors.
• Inspect properties prior to scheduled service and prepare action plans.
• Monitor irrigation systems and identify repairs; communicate recommendations.
• Monitor landscape health and identify insect or disease problems.
• Provide hands-on guidance to crews to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain equipment upkeep and training.
• Coordinate staffing needs, hire crew members, and prepare daily schedules.
• Maintain paperwork for employee changes and Aspire entries.
• Order materials and monitor costs and deliveries.
