Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and a minimum of six years progressive engineering experience, including four years supervisory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional office operations for seven regions and coordinate workload allocation with staff and managers.
• Develop and implement RO/CO expectations, field support, and reference materials to improve oversight and data analysis.
• Review fiscal and personnel recommendations and assist with DEMLR budget planning.
• Draft and review civil penalty assessments and support enforcement proceedings.
• Provide information for legislative and regulatory efforts and manage special projects as assigned.
