Walmart is seeking a dynamic Licensed Manager/ Electrical in Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead a team of technicians and oversee predictive and preventive maintenance across a regional area. The role emphasizes safe, efficient facilities and strong collaboration with store leaders and vendors.

The position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $90,000–$180,000, with additional bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Building maintenance experience (3–5 years optimally).
• Electrical, plumbing, or mechanical experience.
• Leadership skills – able to lead, motivate and develop others.
• Strong communication / interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving with root cause and failure analysis experience.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the region of ~50% as required and maintain applicable contractor licenses.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership to address facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed.
• Produce regular reporting and analytics on maintenance activities.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and ensure compliance with codes.
• Participate in training to stay current with regulatory requirements and inspection schedules.
