Qualifications

• Knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and materials pricing.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications and identify missing elements during design development.
• Experience in conceptual estimates across multiple trades and review of multi-trade estimates.

Responsibilities

• Manages and administers estimating functions including budgets, staffing, and work assignments.
• Implements estimating policies to meet corporate objectives and partners with PMs on procurement.
• Reviews final estimates and proposal packages for accuracy and completeness.
