Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages and administers estimating functions for region/area including budgets, staffing, and work assignments.
• Implements estimating policies to meet corporate objectives.
• Collaborates with project managers to procure POs, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Prepares market cost studies, materials and methods; recommends changes to the database.
• Reviews project details with leadership to determine strategies and resources needed.
• Coordinates with design leads for cost effectiveness and constructability in proposals.
• Ensures standardized use of estimating systems and data maintenance.
• Maintains historical data for estimating man-hours and bid results by project.
• Reviews final estimate and proposal packages for accuracy and completeness.
