Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 10+ years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lead estimating teams, oversee budgets, and coordinate with design to ensure constructability.

Responsibilities

• Manages and administers the estimating functions in the assigned region to include operating budgets, staffing, and work assignments.
• Implements established estimating policies to meet corporate objectives.
• Collaborates with project managers to provide administrative and technical assistance in negotiations for purchase orders and change orders.
• Supervises preparation of market cost studies and materials/methods, and recommends database changes.
• Reviews final estimates and proposal packages for accuracy and completeness for formal quotation.
• Contacts subcontractors and suppliers for outsource pricing.
