Responsibilities

• Manage estimating functions for region including budgets and staffing.
• Implement policies to meet corporate objectives and ensure cost effectiveness.
• Assist project managers with purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Supervise cost studies and maintain the estimating database.
• Coordinate with design leads for constructability and accurate estimates.
• Review final estimates and bid packages for accuracy.
