Responsibilities

• Manages and administers the estimating functions in assigned region, area or group.
• Implements established estimating policies to meet corporate objectives.
• Collaborates with project managers to provide administrative and technical assistance in negotiating POs, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Supervises preparation of market cost studies, materials and methods, and recommends changes to database.
• Reviews final estimate and proposal packages to ensure accuracy and completeness for quotations.
