Job summary

GreenPoint Ag is seeking an EHS Safety Coordinator to support safety objectives in the Alabama and Georgia territories. You will lead regional safety initiatives and promote a strong safety culture across locations.

Essential qualifications include a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), OSHA 30 and Responsible Ag certifications within six months, excellent communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification and Responsible Ag certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to work independently; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional safety leadership for Alabama and Georgia locations.
• Maintain relationships with site leadership, employees, customers, and regulators.
• Support hazard identification, risk assessment, standard work practices, and incident investigations.
• Assist with safety training, regulatory compliance, and implementation of EHS programs.
• Coordinate integration of safety into daily operations and establish EHS priorities.
• Provide coaching and continuous improvement for safety policies and systems.
