Job summary

GreenPoint Ag is seeking an EHS Safety Coordinator to cover Alabama and Georgia, focusing on advancing safety performance and compliance across locations. You will work with site leadership to embed safety into daily operations and lead regional initiatives.

The role requires a high school diploma (bachelor preferred), OSHA 30 and Responsible Ag certifications within 6 months, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification and Responsible Ag certification required within 6 months.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional safety leadership and promote GreenPoint Ag’s safety culture.
• Establish professional relationships with site leadership, employees, customers, and regulators.
• Support hazard recognition, risk assessment, standard work practices, and incident investigations.
• Assist with required safety training, maintenance of safety systems, and EHS program implementation.
• Coordinate integration of safety into daily operations and set safety priorities.
• Coach employees and leaders on safety expectations and continuous improvement.
