Job summary

Samet Corporation, a family-owned construction leader since 1961, seeks a Regional EH&S Manager to safeguard the safety and wellbeing of everyone on our Charlotte job sites. You will lead safety across multiple sites, serve as a technical advisor, and drive our incident prevention program with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.

You will train and orient teams, investigate incidents, and collaborate with subcontractors to build a strong safety culture across NC, SC, GA, and VA

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Hour and/or 500 Hour Construction Safety Training Certification.
• Proven experience in safety management within the general construction industry.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence across all levels.
• Additional credible safety accreditations.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety leadership across multiple regional job sites.
• Serve as the go-to technical resource and trusted advisor for project teams.
• Drive Safety and Incident Prevention program with passion.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses.
• Perform safety assessments and communicate findings to regional leadership.
• Train associates and trade partners on critical safety topics.
• Lead safety orientations and meetings.
• Review and manage safety submittals with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with diverse workforce and subcontractors.
