Job summary

Trench Shoring Company seeks an Regional EHS Manager to train, audit, investigate incidents, and provide technical EHS support to employees, supervisors and managers. You will coordinate across branches, ensure compliance with EHS rules, and lead risk assessments and safety program improvements.

You will conduct training on safety practices, participate in safety task forces, and interface with agencies such as OSHA.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience delivering EHS training and coaching staff.
• Ability to perform risk assessments and recommend mitigations.
• Strong written and oral communication across organizational levels.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as EHS representative for assigned branches and implement EHS programs.
• Audits of branches and field employees for policy compliance.
• Lead incident investigation process and prepare reports.
• Conduct Job Hazard Analyses and advise on risk mitigation; coordinate with management.
• Provide first aid guidance and maintain EHS documentation.
• Deliver fundamental EHS training (first aid, CPR, orientation).
• Represent the company to governmental agencies to ensure compliance.
