Job summary

Air Products is seeking a North Subregion EHS Manager based in Allentown, PA to lead Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives across 75+ sites in the Northern United States and Eastern Canada.

You will mentor a team of EHS professionals, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local regulations while aligning with company policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical undergraduate degree (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical).
• EHS qualification (CSP, ASP, SMS, CHMM) preferred or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of field safety and EHS management experience in petrochemical, refinery, industrial gas, or related facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of EHS professionals and provide strategic direction across 75+ sites.
• Drive safety culture and reduce injuries through risk reduction and leading indicators.
• Develop regional EHS strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, PSM/RMP, DOT, ISO and local regs; audit readiness.
