Job summary

Oradeo Recruitment seeks an experienced Regional EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety across multiple Dublin construction projects. You will implement and monitor the EHS Management System, promote a strong safety culture, and collaborate with site teams to maintain high compliance.

The role requires a third-level Health & Safety qualification, NEBOSH/OSHA or equivalent certification, and a minimum of 10 years in the construction sector, with leadership experience across

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Health & Safety or related discipline.
• Professional H&S certification such as NEBOSH, OSHA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years’ industry experience.
• Proven experience as H&S Manager in construction.
• Experience in residential and commercial developments preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication, with ability to influence site teams and senior management.
• Excellent organisational skills for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the company’s EHS Management System across allocated construction projects.
• Promote a positive Health & Safety culture, working closely with Site Management, contractors and the wider workforce.
• Encourage a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement across all project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards, assess risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors and subcontractors to address safety concerns and develop solutions.
• Monitor EHS performance and support best-practice procedures.
• Keep up to date with industry developments and regulatory changes.
• Provide guidance to project teams to maintain high EHS compliance.
