BJC HealthCare’s Central Staffing Office is seeking a Regional Float ED RN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across the system, supporting 12 hospitals in MO and IL. You’ll work three 12-hour night shifts with flexible start times and a rotating weekend/holiday schedule.

This role emphasizes variety, flexibility, and system-wide exposure in a supportive team environment, with onboarding, development programs, and the BJC Career Ladder.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Emergency Department (ED) RN experience is required.
• Missouri RN license and ability to obtain Illinois RN license.
• TNCC certification preferred.
• ADN, BSN, or MSN accepted for the role.

Responsibilities

• Float to 12 BJC hospitals across MO & IL, providing ED nursing care.
• Adhere to patient safety and quality standards in a fast-paced ED.
• Participate in onboarding, professional development, and leadership activities.
