Job summary

BJC HealthCare’s Central Staffing Office (CSO) seeks a Regional Float ED RN for Nights, with extended assignments (2–12 weeks) across Missouri and Illinois. You’ll gain system-wide exposure while becoming familiar with a single hospital during each assignment, supporting ED teams with high-quality patient care.

This role targets experienced ED nurses who value stability, travel between facilities, and professional development through the BJC RN Career Ladder.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Emergency Department (ED) RN experience.
• Missouri RN license plus ability to obtain Illinois RN license.
• TNCC certification.

Responsibilities

• Float to 12 BJC hospitals within MO & IL, over 2–12 week blocks.
• Provide direct patient care in the ED with safety and quality focus.
• Collaborate with interprofessional team and advocate for patients.
