You will shape the annual Drug and Alcohol Plan, supervise staff, manage contracts, monitor budgets, and coordinate grant activities to sustain critical community programs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in behavioral sciences, public administration, or related field with six years’ experience, incl. two supervising.
• Bachelor's degree in the same fields with four years’ experience, incl. two supervising.
• Master's degree with two years’ experience, incl. two supervising.

Responsibilities

• Program Oversight: Supervise the Drug and Alcohol unit using policy and guidelines.
• Plan Development: Collaborate with Behavioral Health Advisory Board on annual plan.
• Contract Management: Negotiate and monitor provider contracts.
• Budget Coordination: Develop and track annual budget with partners.
• Grant Activities: Prepare grants and generate revenues to support services.
• DUI Program Support: Oversee DUI operations including assessments and case management.
