Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR.
• Experience running shifts without supervision is required.

• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and local health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of all General Managers and employees within multiple drive-ins.
• Train and support drive-in employees to ensure quality service.
• Oversee multiple drive-in employees to meet operational standards.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan for the region.
