Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead our network of restaurants across multiple markets. You will work alongside restaurant leaders in your assigned area, visiting sites regularly to provide direction and feedback.

This role focuses on achieving targets for sales, labor, and food cost while fostering a positive culture. You'll help develop future leaders and collaborate with Talent Mentors to ensure staffing levels meet demand.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side your restaurant leaders in your assigned area
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
• Build a bench of future leaders
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants
