Qualifications

• 2–5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Ability to work a five-day set schedule.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales.

Responsibilities

• Work with restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2–3 days at a restaurant providing direction and feedback.
• Support leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders with succession planning.
• Coordinate with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels.
