Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon premium retailer in the United States, seeks a District Manager to lead 10–15 store locations and guide the sales teams to exceed goals. You will recruit, train, and mentor Store Managers, coordinate with regional leadership, and ensure policy compliance and strong merchandising across the district.

Expect high energy, decisive leadership, and frequent travel to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• High School diploma, College degree preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in Retail sales environment
• 4 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead approximately 10–15 store locations while supervising sales teams and providing mentorship.
• Recruit, train, and retain store employees across districts.
• Coach Store Managers and coordinate with Regional Sales Director.
• Ensure policy compliance and maintain merchandising standards.
• Analyze district sales results to drive increases and profit.
• Monitor inventory shrinkage and security across locations.
• Visit all stores monthly to inspire, train, and motivate staff.
• Plan and delegate key operational responsibilities in the district.
• Communicate marketing and operational needs to corporate teams.
• Schedule and monitor staff time to meet company goals.
• Oversee staffing levels and handle escalations as needed.
