What Awaits You

• Perform daily operational tasks assigned by RDC management, ensuring performance meets or exceeds departmental standards.
• Complete warehouse activities such as picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control, maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and customer service for BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce retail centers.
• Adhere to BMW core values and policies at all times.
• Operate powered industrial equipment and process shipments of federally regulated Dangerous Goods, obtaining and maintaining necessary certifications.
• Maintain performance levels in quality and productivity within your area.
• Follow the BMW Value Added Production System (VPS), keep supplies stocked, and ensure a safe, clean environment.

What You Should Bring

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain Dangerous Goods Certifications (preferred).
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems like SAP and BMW WM.

This role involves lifting up to 50 lbs., driving, pulling, kneeling, reaching, standing, twisting, walking, climbing, pushing, squatting, hearing, and exposure to temperature variations and high noise. Overtime may be required.

The shift typically runs from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. This is a unionized position requiring full-time attendance.

The pay is $21.63/hour, with potential for shift differentials, overtime, and bonuses, in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.
