Job summary

Target is seeking an Operations Manager for the Fontana Regional Distribution Center. The role focuses on safety, leadership, and efficiency to move products to guests quickly. You will lead with urgency, foster inclusion, and own team productivity and development.

You will manage cross-functional collaboration, ensure adherence to policies, and drive improvements across operations, quality, and budget goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including the mezzanine platforms.
• Able to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems within the Distribution Center.
