Job summary

Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Issaquah, WA seeks a Representative to partner with Directors to fulfill the FCA Vision, Mission and Values by implementing the ministry plan for the assigned area. The role emphasizes discipleship consistent with FCA policies and biblical standards.

Responsibilities include spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes; recruiting, training and developing volunteers; and donor engagement to support the ministry in the Sports Environments

Qualifications

• Requires strong commitment to biblical standards and FCA beliefs.
• Experience leading staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes in a sports ministry context.

Responsibilities

• Implement ministry plan for the assigned area.
• Lead and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes.
• Engage coaches and athletes through 1-on-1s, huddles and events to disciple others.
• Recruit, train and develop volunteers to lead coaches and athletes toward a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
