Regional Director, Sales & Dealer Development - NYC/NJ

Overview

Location: You must reside in NYC (Five Boroughs) or NJ; this is a fully REMOTE role. HQ is in Las Vegas, NV.

Role Responsibilities
  • Visit assigned accounts and conduct monthly performance reviews, including metrics, campaign optimizations, Google Analytics walkthroughs, and sales objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between the internal teams and clients within your region.
  • Manage sales productivity and profitability, achieving profit objectives.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract renewal.
  • Forecast sales accurately and communicate projections to management.
  • Develop pricing models and implement service agreements aligned with financial goals.
  • Foster relationships with third-party technology providers supporting Fox Dealer solutions.
  • Support leadership with projects and adapt quickly to company changes.
Position Requirements
  • Experience in the automotive industry with relevant dealer contacts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, or related experience with a proven sales track record.
  • Preferred: 5+ years in automotive retail and outside sales to dealers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Salesforce CRM, and Google Analytics (certification a plus).
Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation: $100,000 - $300,000.
