Job summary

Human Interest is a high-growth fintech company focused on bringing retirement benefits to small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S. We are seeking a Regional Director to lead a team of Partner Account Managers within New Jersey, Delaware, and Philadelphia, driving quota attainment and revenue growth.

You will recruit, coach, and mentor front-line sales professionals, manage end-to-end sales processes, forecast performance, and travel regionally and nationally to build our partner

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience selling 401k with proven success.
• 3-5 years of experience leading front-line sales professionals across retirement services/HCM/payroll.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience building relationships with CPAs, payroll providers, HR consultants, and benefit brokers.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM to manage sales process and forecasting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor a team of Partner Account Managers to achieve revenue goals.
• Recruit and retain Partner Account Managers by hiring for required skills and competencies while coaching sales and implementation processes.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process and forecast sales.
• Drive a culture of accountability while maintaining a positive, collaborative environment.
• Travel within your region and nationally to participate in field rides, sales conferences, and partnership huddles.
