Job summary

Dimensional is seeking a Regional Director, Retirement Group, to lead proactive sales initiatives and expand the firm’s footprint within a designated territory. The role focuses on building relationships with insurance companies and stakeholders in defined contribution markets, leveraging Dimensional’s investment solutions and evidence-based approach.

You will engage with advisors, use MS Dynamics CRM, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Extensive track record of success in asset management wholesaling or institutional sales.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, or CIMA designation strongly preferred to match the technical and intellectual sophistication of the firm.
• Proven history of success in driving measurable AUM growth and managing a commercial territory.
• Strong communication skills for conveying investment theories and key selling points clearly.
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses required; SIE and Series 7 must be obtained within the first 12 weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing, sales, and client service programs for current clients and prospects.
• Work with senior Retirement and Institutional team members to fully develop opportunities.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with staff at all levels of a client's business.
• Provide constructive feedback on market strategies and competitive trends to the executive, sales, and investment management teams.
• Lead complex technical investment discussions with an institutional audience.
