Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic and educational resource to district/region teams for Managed Care/Payor contracts.
• Establish and manage relationships with local, regional, and national managed care leadership.
• Identify opportunities for contracting, education, and strategic initiatives including public payors for psych services.
• Collaborate with CBO leadership on escalated claims and contract issues.
