Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Regional Director of Operations for Patient Transport in the New Orleans region. You will lead a team of Patient Transport professionals, set regional objectives, and drive compliance with corporate, regional, and financial goals.

Responsibilities

Develops financial forecasts and balances programs and resources for districts and selected accounts within the region.
Develops a business plan and budgets for the region.
Controls overhead expenses within the region and attains financial goals.
Reviews financial statements, weekly operating reports, and other financial results.
Monitors staffing and productivity aligned to regional goals.
Maintains client satisfaction and active stewardship across the region.
Promotes program options and resources to clients and responds to surveys.
Ensures compliance with client contracts and customizes programs as needed.
