The role leads managers and navigators, aligns with Corporate and Division leaders, and directs mid-to-long range initiatives to improve performance and patient outcomes.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in leadership, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years in program development preferred.
• 1+ year in service line leadership preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with division and facility leadership and Corporate to improve programs.
• Execute strategic initiatives to maximize navigation support for service lines.
• Lead navigation managers across service lines and develop talent.
• Develop understanding of service line navigation programs.
• Evaluate program quality and outcomes using internal/external data.
• Educate stakeholders on navigation programs and benefits.
• Monitor and report on program performance and metrics.
