Legacy Healthcare is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to oversee 10 Skilled Nursing Facilities across Wyoming, New Mexico, and Kansas. The role provides operational leadership, financial oversight, regulatory guidance, and leadership development to ensure quality care, strong financial performance, compliance, and census growth.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in multi-facility SNF operations.
- Proven track record overseeing several SNFs simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, PDPM and reimbursement systems.
- Experience with regulatory compliance, survey management and quality improvement.
- Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze facility performance.
- Willingness to travel across the region.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight to facility Administrators and leadership teams.
- Monitor performance and implement action plans to improve outcomes.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all facilities.
- Support survey preparation and follow-up.
- Develop census growth strategies and strengthen referral sources.
- Coach and develop Administrators and department leaders.
