Job summary

Longterm Health Management Services seeks an experienced Regional Director of Operations to oversee 10 Skilled Nursing Facilities across Wyoming, New Mexico, and Kansas. You will lead operational excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and census growth while developing Administrators.

The ideal candidate has a proven multi-facility SNF background, travel flexibility, and a track record of accountability across a regional portfolio; LNHA preferred; strong collaboration with

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-facility Skilled Nursing Facility operations experience.
• Demonstrated success overseeing multiple SNFs simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, PDPM, and reimbursement systems.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze and improve performance.
• Ability to travel extensively across the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight and support to facility Administrators and leadership teams.
• Monitor operational performance and implement action plans to improve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations; support survey readiness.
• Develop census growth strategies and strengthen relationships with referral sources.
• Coach and develop Administrators and key leaders; assist with recruitment and succession planning.
