We are seeking a Regional Patient Access Director to lead and support the implementation of patient access initiatives across our facilities. This role is critical in driving operational excellence by standardizing processes, improving patient experience, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of patient access projects across multiple facilities.
• Develop and enforce standardized protocols, policies, and systems to optimize patient access operations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet project milestones and performance goals.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in patient access operations and revenue cycle processes.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–6 years of experience in Patient Access or Business Office operations.
• MUST have multi-site, acute care HOSPITAL experience. We will ONLY consider candidates with patient access for acute care hospitals.
• Must have Meditech experience

Preferred:

• Previous experience as a Project Manager in a healthcare setting.
• PMP Certification or Revenue Cycle Certification.
