Navion Senior Solutions is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee multiple senior living communities across the Southeast, with a focus on North and South Carolina. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to drive high-quality care and resident satisfaction.

You will partner with community leaders, ensure regulatory compliance, and travel frequently to support operations and strategic goals from the regional office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years in senior housing or hospitality leadership.
• Valid NC and SC state licenses.
• Strong leadership and financial management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication in interdisciplinary settings.

Navion Senior Solutions, a locally owned and operated senior housing company with over 100 years of senior housing management experience across the Southeast, is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee our senior living communities. As the Regional Director of Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our senior living communities and in driving our mission of providing exceptional care.

This position will support communities across the Southeast with a concentration on both North and South Carolina! Travel will be frequent!

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple senior living communities
• Develop and implement programs to enhance quality of care and resident satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Work collaboratively with community leaders to achieve financial goals and operational targets
• Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and staff
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate community leaders and staff members
• Maintain a deep understanding of senior living industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and three years of leadership in senior housing or hospitality preferred
• Valid NC and SC state licenses
• Knowledge of state regulations, OSHA standards and fire and safety codes required
• Successful leadership and financial skills required
• Must be able to handle conflict, problems and emergency situations
• Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary setting with residents, families, staff members, representatives of community and government agencies
• Computer skills such as Excel, Word documents, PowerPoint required
• High energy level and the ability to handle multiple priorities is required
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to senior living
• Proven track record of managing multiple senior living communities
• Ability to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and staff
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel regularly to assigned communities and regional office locations
