The role drives results in employee, resident, and performance metrics, delivering strategic leadership and coaching across communities to uphold safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Understand federal and state laws related to the operation of a Senior Assisted Living Community.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and accomplish goals.
• Ability to make decisions independently.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and complete them timely and accurately.

Responsabilités

• Drive results in employee, customer, and performance metrics.
• Provide strategic leadership to StoryPoint Group communities.
• Interview, hire, and train employees.
• Conduct site visits to ensure programs meet operational standards.
• Oversee region policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Develop and sustain relationships across the business.
• Coach leaders to improve resident experience.
