Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC seeks a Director of Operations to drive partner satisfaction and deliver operational excellence across multiple warehouse sites. You will lead Site Operation Managers and coordinate staffing, safety, and performance to meet growth objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics, 5–10 years of multi-site operations management, and 3PL experience. Travel 50–75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field required.
• 5–10 years of operations management within retail or distribution with multiple location responsibility.
• 3PL experience preferred; grocery/retail/distribution exposure a plus.
• Must be able and willing to travel between different sites weekly (50%–75%).
• Prior P&L or Cost Center Control responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Maximize operational efficiency using defined metrics and continuously improve performance across company and partner measures.
• Ensure partner satisfaction through regular communication and quarterly business reviews with partners and regional leadership.
• Coordinate staffing and operational needs within region with HR, including hiring, performance appraisals, and discipline.
• Plan, implement, monitor and coordinate regional activities to achieve budgeted sales, pricing and gross margin objectives.
• Visit national and regional service warehouses and partner sites to achieve budgeted sales channel penetration and maintain partner relationships.
• Oversee safety programs and ensure safe workplace practices across sites.
