Job summary

Sprenger Health Care seeks an experienced Regional Director of Operations to lead and support operations across Ohio and South Carolina. You will collaborate with Executive Directors and Administrators to meet clinical, financial, and regulatory goals, while driving staff engagement and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have an NHA license, a healthcare or related degree, and a track record of improving performance across multiple facilities with a focus on regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Ohio or South Carolina is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, oversight, and operational support to multiple facilities.
• Partner with facility leadership to achieve operational, clinical, and financial goals.
• Monitor facility performance and implement strategies to improve quality outcomes and resident satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead staffing, retention, and engagement initiatives; mentor facility leadership teams.
• Support acquisitions and major operational improvement projects as needed.

The Regional Director of Operations will work closely with facility leadership teams to drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, enhance resident satisfaction, and achieve organizational goals.The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a strong background in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or healthcare operations management.
