Job summary

Savant Senior Living, LLC. is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee multiple RCFE communities in California.

The role focuses on achieving budgeted occupancy, driving high service standards, and leading Executive Directors to success. The candidate will train and evaluate EDs, collaborate with regional and corporate teams, and ensure policy adherence while maintaining strong resident and family relations.

Qualifications

• Multi-site experience required in RCFE operations.
• Strong conflict resolution and people leadership skills.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, and staff required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize operations across multiple RCFE communities to meet occupancy budgets.
• Coach, train, and evaluate Executive Directors to achieve performance goals.
• Collaborate with community, regional, and corporate staff to align on targets.
• Monitor performance and address deficiencies to uphold company standards.
• Ensure service levels meet highest standards across all areas of the communities.
• Communicate professionally with residents and families; resolve conflicts promptly.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and implement improvements as needed.

Education and experience required:

• Multi-site experience is a must.
• RCFE Administrator Certificate required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience working in an RCFE in an operations role.
• Must obtain a background clearance before starting.
• Makes sure that communities meet and exceed budgeted occupancy for each assigned community.
• Responsible for the training, coaching and evaluation of Executive Directors
• Works effectively with all community, regional and corporate staff
• Evaluates performance and promptly acts to address deficiencies to meet company goals.
• Responsible for making sure that the communities deliver the highest standard of service in all areas.
• Communicates effectively and professionally with residents, families, and staff members
• Highly proficient in conflict resolution
• Adhere to and direct community and team leaders to follow established policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay scale $165,000 to $ 195,000 + 20% bonus eligibility
