The Regional Hotel Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, compliance, and profitability of a cluster of Hilton and Marriott-branded hotels. This hands-on leadership role supports General Managers and their teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining brand standards, and achieving financial targets. The ideal candidate will have strong multi-brand experience, a collaborative leadership style, and a deep understanding of both Hilton and Marriott systems and expectations.
