Centurion Health is seeking a Regional Director of Nursing to supervise site directors of nursing and staff across Indiana. This on-site leadership role reports to the VPO and collaborates with medical leadership in a correctional setting to improve healthcare for incarcerated patients.

The position requires an Indiana RN license, a Bachelor's degree, and progressive supervisory experience. Master’s degree is preferred; CPR and TB documentation must be current.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license required with a Bachelor's degree; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Progressive nursing experience with at least 5 years in supervisory roles is preferred.
• CPR certification and TB documentation current; security clearance possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, educational and professional supervision for site directors of nursing and support staff across Indiana.
• Collaborate with medical leadership and multidisciplinary teams in correctional settings to improve inmate healthcare.
• Oversee nursing operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
