Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Regional Director of Nursing to oversee nursing services, ensure top-quality patient care, and lead staff development. This on-site role involves establishing priorities, coaching staff, and maintaining compliance with care standards across departments.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure, a nursing degree from an accredited school, and 2+ years of nursing and supervisory experience, with pediatric or home health exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Nursing Operations: Establish priorities, assign tasks, and provide coaching, feedback, and discipline as needed.
• Ensure Quality: Conduct regular rounds and monitor staff activities and documentation to maintain high standards of nursing care.
• Develop Standards: Create and maintain nursing care objectives, policies, and procedures with senior leadership.
• Support Patient Care: Assist in developing patient care plans and ensure compliance with physician orders and care plans.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Promote communication and coordination across functions.
• Foster a Positive Work Environment: Support retention and teamwork.
• Promote Compliance: Uphold patient rights and company policies, ensuring regulations are met.

Work Location and Travel: This is an on-site position with occasional local travel.
