Job summary

SREE Hotels is seeking an Area Director of Sales for our Concord properties. This leadership role drives revenue by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing hotel client relationships across our Marriott-branded properties in Concord and at SHS UNCC.

You will supervise national and local accounts, lead sales calls, and collaborate with General Manager, Marketing Manager and Corporate Director of Sales. Expect a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Direct hotel sales experience required.
• Hospitality sales experience (3–4 years minimum).
• Knowledge of FOSSE and PEP reservation systems preferred.
• College degree or equivalent sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct Sales: achieve productivity and activity goals by targeting accounts through appointments and calls.
• Manage key accounts, maintain contact, negotiate guest room rates and services.
• Develop new accounts via research, networking, and telemarketing; follow up on client needs.
• Maintain organized file management and develop customer profiles for efficient service.
• Participate in associate and client events and support the hotel’s business plan.
