Qualifications

BA/BS in Education, Business, Marketing or Communications with 3–5 years in education or management.
Experience in education/child care industry preferred.
Ability to communicate sensitive information to stakeholders with urgency.
Strong leadership with collaborative, servant-leadership style.
Entrepreneurial spirit with industry relationship development and high EI.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Demonstrates integrity and alignment with organizational values.

Responsibilities

Ensure district-wide compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
Direct performance metrics to achieve customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
Recruit, hire, train and supervise Area Managers with development opportunities.
Develop and implement region-wide policies to maximize enrollment.
Visit program sites regularly to maintain quality, licensing standards and customer satisfaction.
