Job summary

Sharp Spoon Network is seeking a Director of Construction for the Boston region. You will lead regional construction operations, oversee project staffing, and drive safety, quality, and customer service standards across multiple sites.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and profitability while mentoring Project Managers and site leaders. Travel to sites nationwide may be required, with focus on delivering consistent, high-quality results for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of management experience in construction operations or project groups.
• Experience leading multi-site projects and fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and codes.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and staffing.
• Solid vendor relations and client interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all regional construction operations and staffing.
• Lead Project Managers, APMs, Superintendents, and Supervisors.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards.
• Monitor progress, review reports, and provide weekly updates to leadership.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and profitability across projects.
• Support vendor contracts, payments, and project risk controls.
