Regional Director of Clinical Operations (RN) - Hospice

Join us at St. Croix Hospice as a Regional Director of Clinical Operations (RN) based in Indianapolis, IN. We are dedicated to providing empowering hospice care that respects each patient's end-of-life journey.

In this role, the Registered Nurse will:

1. Oversee all clinical patient services provided by staff.
2. Participate in operational planning and budgeting.
3. Guide and support clinical staff to improve hospice care quality.
4. Assist in managing clinical teams and planning with the Manager of Clinical Services.
5. Evaluate patient and family care, and assist with assessments and planning.
6. Help prepare and manage the organization's budget.
7. Monitor operational indicators to anticipate staffing and resource needs.
8. Evaluate and support clinical staff performance and development.
9. Manage hiring, evaluations, and terminations of personnel.
10. Ensure proper maintenance of patient records and compliance with laws.
11. Maintain inventory supplies and equipment.
12. Develop and oversee orientation and ongoing education programs for staff.
13. Participate in performance improvement initiatives to ensure quality and safety.
14. Contribute to organizational goals and policies.
15. Ensure compliance with licensing and certification standards, including CHAP standards.
16. Stay informed on developments in nursing and hospice care.
17. Promote hospice services within the healthcare community.
18. Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Clinical Officer.
