Job summary

Lexicon, Inc. is seeking a Regional Construction Manager to lead the on-site construction team and oversee the entire project delivery.

You will manage scheduling, coordinate between customers and Lexicon, and drive progress across the territory. Candidates should have at least 10 years of industrial construction project management experience, OSHA and environmental knowledge, and excellent written and oral communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial construction project management.
• Familiar with OSHA and environmental requirements.
• Detail oriented with excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Procore, and Adobe.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for onsite construction team and oversight of the entire project delivery.
• Responsible for all scheduling and work coordination between customers and Lexicon, Inc. for all on-site work activities across territory.
• Responsible for the project schedule including deliverables from various suppliers.
• Responsible for coordinating with the client on possible scope additions or reductions and tracking back charges as they arise.
• Responsible for oversight to ensure the project team is reviewing all technical submittals and RFIs and that they are submitted and responded to by the owner’s Engineer.
• Coordinate and lead daily construction meetings with supervision.
• Responsible for following all aspects of specifications.
• Responsible for updating and verifying project progress weekly.
• Responsible for resolving all personnel issues and discipline problems in a fair and equal manner.
• Act as primary field contact with the customer.
• The ability to work overtime and regular, punctual attendance is required.

Regional Construction Manager Physical Demands

• Overtime is required to meet deadlines. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to climb stairs, walk through the jobsite, and spend long periods of time on your feet.
• Must be able to travel.
