Job summary

World Relief in the United States is seeking a Regional Director to oversee multiple sites within a designated region, providing strategic direction, operational oversight, and program leadership across offices. Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in a leadership role.
• Ability to lead multi-site operations and develop regional strategy.
• Strong donor relations and fundraising capabilities.
• Familiarity with refugee/immigrant programing is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States. Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of regional staff including performance management and on-site visits.
• Provide strategic direction, growth planning, and program oversight for the region.
• Lead regional fundraising efforts and donor cultivation while ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with US Leadership Team and other departments on strategic initiatives.
• Monitor budgets, reporting, and resource stewardship across offices.
• Oversee expansion of resettlement and immigrant programming within the region.
