Job summary

Dimensional Fund Advisors is seeking a Regional Director, Institutional Sales to develop relationships with institutional investors in an assigned territory and to collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.

The successful candidate will build relationships at all levels, understand investment needs, articulate Dimensional’s investment philosophy, and lead discussions with a sophisticated audience while driving growth.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of investment sales experience in institutional assets.
• Experience with defined contribution, defined benefit, endowment & foundation clients.
• MBA and/or CFA strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and implement marketing and sales programs for institutional clients in the United States.
• Develop opportunities regionally with senior Institutional Services team.
• Build deep relationships with staff at all levels of a client's business.
• Provide feedback to executive, sales and investment teams.
• Lead complex technical investment discussions with a sophisticated audience.
• Act as trusted advisor to prospects and clients
